Welcome our new Parent Association President, Renate Juengling.

MSPCS PARENT ASSOCIATION

THE PARENT ASSOCIATION STATEMENT

The Parent Association sponsors events throughout the school year to further promote and strengthen the community amongst parents, teachers and children. Our joint efforts benefit the educational and cultural development of our students. Parents are always welcomed to join the association, to share ideas and be a part of the decision making process.

GOALS

Our goal is to make every experience and event a success for the benefit of our school. Our focus is on making our community stronger, involving everyone, and making our children proud. We rely on our school faculty and staff to inform us of our immediate school needs; our vision is for complete parent communication and involvement.

MEETINGS

The Parent Association meets the First Wednesday of each month at 6:30 pm in Fellowship Hall. “Kid’s Night” during PA Meetings: Miami Shores Presbyterian Church graciously hosts a “Kid’s Night” (movies, crafts, games) during our meetings. Under MSPC direction, the MSPC youth group watch the children, and pizza is provided.

Welcome MSPCS Parents!

Here’s hoping you all had a fun filled summer and are as excited as I am for the new school year and all the learning, adventure & friendship that await our children this year!

I am the newly elected MSPC’s Parent Association President and I am looking forward to meeting and getting to know you. My son Joaquin, now entering the 4th grade, has been attending the school since age three. We love it here and my hope is that you do too! I have been serving on the Parent Association the last three years and can tell you that being involved with the school PA has been a very rewarding experience. It has afforded me the opportunity to get to know the school staff & spiritual leaders, our children’s’ curriculum, the classroom environment and the friends and families of my son’s classmates – all experiences that have brought me comfort and confidence in sending my son off to MSPCS every day.

The PA plays a very important role in supporting the mission and the needs of the school. We all can take part in making a difference in our kids’ education & childhood experiences… and they do love seeing us around at school.

I hope that you consider joining our Parent Association this year. I welcome your ideas, enthusiasm and time. We are a small, but engaged community and I invite you to be part of it!

Sincerely,

Renate Juengling
