MSPCS has a highly successful program – The Parent Participation Program. Since its inception, we not only encourage parents to become more involved in their child’s education, but also foster a greater sense of school community. The PPP program is a truly a worthwhile effort.
MSPCS will keep track of your volunteer hours. It is only with your help, however, that this task
becomes even possible. After you participate in any of the activities, please remember to:
1. Clearly provide all the information requested on the card (Participant’s name, child’s name and grade.
2. Record your volunteer hours and be sure your card is signed by authorized school personnel.
3. Make a copy of card before turning it in. In case of any discrepancy, this will ensure that we credit
you’re the correct number of hours.
4. Send your card into the school office when completed.
Once your card(s) is submitted we will keep a running record of your total hours. Please remember
that you need to complete 10 church hours and 10 school hours. Hours not completed by April 30th
will be billed to you at $25.00 an hour. Please keep in mind that once you have reached 20 hours,
no further update will be provided.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call the elementary school office. Periodically we will
send you emails regarding opportunities to obtain your hours. You can also find a list of opportunities
attached to this letter. Your support and dedication to our children’s education is very much
appreciated by all involved. You are a big reason why MSPCS continues to be successful.
